15:30     Working with Optimism and Pessimism
16.15     Final review and questions

Day Two: Leadership and management skills: Building Resilient Teams
09:30     CBT and Resilience in performance management
10:30     Using the TBM as a coaching model

11:30     Managing low motivation and procrastination
12:00     In the hot-seat: Managing teams under pressure
12:30     Lunch
13:30     Managing conflict in the workplace: A CBT approach to the ‘difficult conversation'  (small groups)

16:00     Bringing theory into our own workplace: goal-setting and 'homework' for next session

14:30     Understanding and using positive acceptance
