Resilient Minds offers a proactive approach to managing stress, improving well-being and boosting performance in the workplace. 

We use the most effective, evidence-based psychological approach to achieving positive outcomes and real change for a wide variety of difficulties: Cognitive-behavioural Therapy (CBT).  CBT takes a bio-psycho-social approach, and provides a practical, focused method of helping people understand and address difficult emotions, thoughts and behaviours.  It provides a series of techniques which teach people to:

  • Feel less stressed, anxious or irritable
  • Develop improved wellbeing and happiness
  • Enhance emotional resilience (the ability to bounce back from difficulties)
  • Identify new ways to overcome and solve their problems
  • Improve performance in key areas at work and in personal lives

Our ‘10 Minute CBT' approach is a unique concept, where CBT has been adapted to be applied during far shorter time periods. This is a huge advantage for busy organisations, where time is an extremely precious commodity.
